Shipping & Local Pick Up Policies

At Design Chic, every piece is handmade and packaged with intention. Because of the size and craftsmanship of our leaners and statement pieces, shipping is structured to ensure safe arrival while keeping the checkout experience simple.

  • We currently ship within the continental United States.

    Each order is carefully wrapped with layered protection, rigid backing, and reinforced edges to ensure it arrives safely to your home.

    Flat-rate shipping is based on item size:

    • Signature Tall (5’) — $50

    • Classic Leaner (4’) — $35

    • Mini / Slim Mini — $25

    • Classic Round — $15

    Orders typically ship within 5–7 business days unless otherwise noted during a collection release.

    Once your order ships, you’ll receive tracking information via email.

    Please note that delivery timelines are estimates and may vary depending on carrier performance and distance.

  • Free local pickup is available in Lubbock, Texas.

    Once your order is ready, you’ll receive an email with scheduling details. We kindly ask that items be picked up within 7 days of notification.

  • Our pieces are designed for covered outdoor display. While sealed for protection, we recommend placing them in sheltered areas away from direct rain and extreme weather for best longevity.

  • If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of both the packaging and the product. We’ll work quickly to make it right.
